Licence, refunds and privacy

Personal licence

For one person: individual artists and freelancers. Use Clonr on the computers you personally work on.

Studio licence (per seat)

For companies and other entities with more than US$75,000 in yearly revenue. One seat is one artist using Clonr; buy one seat per artist. For more than 10 seats, get in touch for studio pricing.

Both licences

Use Clonr for personal and commercial work. Everything you make with Clonr (models, scenes, renders) is yours to use and sell, with no royalties. Updates within Clonr version 1 are free.

You may not

• share, re-upload, resell or give away the Clonr files, or let people use Clonr outside your licence (please point them to the official page);
• sell or distribute Clonr, or a modified copy of it, inside anything else;
• remove the licence or the Mesh Labz name from the files.

No warranty

Clonr is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Zubin Kuruvilla (Mesh Labz) is not liable for any damage, data loss or lost work arising from its use.

Email zubin@meshlabz.com and I'll help you get it running. The Clonr Docs list what to include so the problem can be found quickly.

Payments

Purchases and downloads are handled by Gumroad, including payment, receipts and tax. This site never sees your card details.

Forms

When you send the project enquiry or Artists Network form, your answers are delivered to my email inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Nothing is stored on this site, and I use your details only to reply and to work with you. If you join the Artists Network, your details are stored and used only to consider you for Mesh Labz projects. I'll always ask you first before showing any of your work to a client. Ask me any time and I'll delete your details.

Purchases, downloads and emails

Buying Clonr and downloading free tools and the free guide happen on Gumroad, under Gumroad's privacy policy. When you buy or download something from Mesh Labz there, your email address is added to the Mesh Labz email list for occasional updates about new tools, tutorials and releases. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask me to remove you at any time.

Fonts, videos and hosting

Fonts load from Google Fonts. Videos come from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play. Like any website, the hosting provider may keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.

Emails you send me

If you email me, I use your details only to reply and to work with you. I don't share them or add you to any list.
